Quilt Show AQS Des Moines 2010

18 days until fall quilt market begins so I am posting some pictures from the Des Moines quilt show.
I will sprinkle a few words throughout and then back to sewing, printing and planning.

This one is done with all thread work!
DOTS! Love 'em!
A Blackbird pattern!! Yummy!

Cool Design Bold and Graphic. Look at that quilting!!
This one was actually made from old French Textiles. Sandy Klop eat your heart out!
Liked it so much I wanted to show it to you twice.

American Quilter's Society and the Des Moines Quilt guild put on 2 shows in 1.
All of the pics posted here are from the guild show. The Des Moines Quilt guild is so super talented and prolific. I tried to get the name of the maker when possible but I only had my zoom lens so I am bummed that I cannot tell you who made what.

Mini Quilt Auctions are a great fund raiser.

Incredible!
Mary Shotwell- you rock!!

Back to big Quilts!

More later!
